Upon arriving at Yan Yan Guest House, I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. The room, though small, was clean and well-maintained. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing bathing experience. The security of the building, particularly the block where my room was located, made me feel safe during my stay. I can confidently recommend this hotel for its affordable price and excellent location.

Great location, right in the heart of the city and close to key attractions. Affordable price for the area, making it a good option for budget travelers. The room was clean, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low cost.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with stains on the bedding and dirty appliances. Security concerns, as there were reports of unwanted intrusion from staff and difficulties in locking the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! the staff at Yan Yan were incredibly helpful and friendly, always asking if there was anything I needed with a smile on their face. the room was clean, well-ventilated, and the AC worked perfectly. I was impressed by the excellent wifi and the fact that they provided a fridge and microwave to use for free. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to trains, buses, and shops. if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in Hong Kong, Yan Yan Guesthouse is the perfect choice. Cons: Nothing, it's perfect! 💯.

I recently stayed at Yan Yan Guesthouse for a week in Kowloon. The location was superb, being close to malls, MTR stations, and restaurants, including Jollibee for us Filipinos. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great ventilation with windows and AC. The staff, especially Anabeth, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The guesthouse had excellent security measures, such as card key access and cameras. The restroom had a heater and the hot water was filtered for drinking. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly staff.
